Bullet casing jewelry! My new side business !

So for months I've been pinning pins of bullet casing earrings, rings, necklaces! And I really wanted a pair of the earrings, but now being a mom on a budget I can't just splurge on things that aren't necessary ! So my husband said those probably would be easy to make why don't you look it up, so there I am again searching on Pinterest looking for a way to make these earrings ! And well-lah! I found an easy tutorial!

Things needed:

Empty bullet casings
Dremal with the cutting disc attachments
Jewels if desired
Glue (I used hot glue)
Studded posts (preferably ones with larger backs )

Maybe it was just my Dremel but the process of cutting through the bullet is a lengthy process! But after you cut through it everything else goes together quite smoothly ! Here are my two pairs I made :)

Pinterest inspired Mexican stuffed shells!

Okay! So I've been seeing pictures for Mexican stuffed shells for the last couple years ! Between me having a picky husband, and then just being plan lazy up till now in the cooking department I've never tried it! So I was looking on Pinterest while Callie was napping and I came across a recipe for this that didn't require cream cheese, or salsa 2 things of which my husband wouldn't eat. Instead this recipe calls for

1lb ground beef (or turkey if you prefer)

2 cans enchilada sauce
1 large can of refried beans
1 package jumbo shells
2 - 8oz blocks of Colby jack and pepper jack (1 of each :) )

Lightly coat the bottom of your dish with some enchilada sauce

Mix up the cooked ground beef and refried beans I recommend cooking them as well I didn't and I should have, and 3/4 of your cheese, then scoop the mixture into your cooked and cooled jumbo shells.

Put in the oven on 350 degrees and bake until it bubbles :)

The. Well-lah! Mexican shells :) for the picky eater !

I don't have pictures of the finished product and on a 5 star rating 5 being excellent 1 being crappy I'd give it a 3 it wasn't as great as it looks !

DIY weight loss wrap

So, first of all let me say I don't recommend using these diy wraps everyday for your weightloss, to lose weight I recommend not so much dieting but just being more aware of what you're eating, try not to mindless snack, and portion control, That's important as well and a daily exercise routine. I'd primaryly use these diy wraps when you're retaining a lot of water, aka bloated :) so here we go! You will need 3 things

1.) Saran Wrap

2.) lotion (I use coco/shea)

3.) one ace bandage ( or one of those tanks that suck you in really tight )

So before bed, I lather up my tummy real good with the lotion, don't rub a lot in be very generous with it, then wrap yourself up with the Saran Wrap not too tight because you have to be able to sleep in it! Then either put on your tight tank or wrap the ace bandage around your belly and sleep! I only did mine for 4.5 hours here are my before and after results ! Good luck! Nothing drastic but it could help you out on a day you're feeling a little on the bigger side!
