DIY weight loss wrap

So, first of all let me say I don't recommend using these diy wraps everyday for your weightloss, to lose weight I recommend not so much dieting but just being more aware of what you're eating, try not to mindless snack, and portion control, That's important as well and a daily exercise routine. I'd primaryly use these diy wraps when you're retaining a lot of water, aka bloated :) so here we go! You will need 3 things 

1.) Saran Wrap 

2.) lotion (I use coco/shea)

3.) one ace bandage ( or one of those tanks that suck you in really tight )

So before bed, I lather up my tummy real good with the lotion, don't rub a lot in be very generous with it, then wrap yourself up with the Saran Wrap not too tight because you have to be able to sleep in it! Then either put on your tight tank or wrap the ace bandage around your belly and sleep! I only did mine for 4.5 hours here are my before and after results ! Good luck! Nothing drastic but it could help you out on a day you're feeling a little on the bigger side!
